Meet the Founder
Before founding Dorschner Crisis Communication LLC, our principal built a legendary career at the highest levels of public communications and the American legal system. Serving for over 20 years as the Spokesman and Public Affairs Officer for the United States Department of Justice (U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Colorado), he was consistently recognized by both state and national news media as a top-tier, elite Public Information Officer (PIO).
As a core member of the DOJ’s Executive Office and Management Team, he was the primary architect behind proactive media campaigns, high-profile press operations, and sensitive crisis management protocols. Notably, his leadership during multiple national mass casualty events led to the creation of response protocols that are still utilized as national standards for federal law enforcement offices today.
Beyond the Department of Justice, his extensive 25+ year public service background includes serving as a Congressional Aide and Campaign Manager in the U.S. House of Representatives, a Council Aide for the Denver City Council, and a Communication Specialist for the State of Colorado Department of Local Affairs under the Governor’s office.
